Terms of Service
Our vehicle inspections are prepared from visual and external checks only and are limited to the parts and/or items identified on the inspection report sheet. Vehicle inspections do not involve dismantling or disturbing of any structure, assembly, component or internal mechanism.
Items which are listed on the inspection report sheet, but which are not reasonably accessible on the checked vehicle will not be inspected. In such circumstances we will be under no obligation to inspect and/or report on the part/item in question and will mark the relevant section of the report accordingly.
We shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or any failure to carry out an inspection to the extent that such delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Vehicle inspections are supplied solely for the use of the customer and are not for the use of, or to be relied upon by, any third party.
For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances will Mobile Auto Aide be liable to any third party in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which any third party may incur as a result of any information supplied by the inspection report.
You agree to defend, at your expense, any action brought against Mobile Auto Aide arising out of your use of the service with any third parties or from your willful misconduct. You will indemnify us from any costs, damages and fees incurred by Mobile Auto Aide, which are attributable to such a claim.
Mobile Auto Aide, reserves the right to change its terms of service policy at any time without notification by posting an updated version of the policy on their web site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
We do not check the following items: Engine oil and / or fuel consumption, source of oil leaks, engine cylinder compression, brake lining material, any fluid for contamination or age, operation of cassette or compact disc players or other in car entertainment, quality of sound or radio reception, alarm systems and non-standard accessories, vehicle electronics that require the use of a specific diagnostic equipment, the accuracy of on-board computer systems and any programming, exhaust emissions test, air conditioning function and efficiency that requires the use of a specific diagnostic equipment, and originality of specific components or equipment.
